How do I sign up for a course?
You can browse all of our courses on the ‘Learn’ page of this website. When you see a course or downloadable product that you like, click the ‘sign up’ button to be taken straight to the checkout page.
Alternatively, you can browse all of the current courses on our dedicated Training & Membership Website.
How Do I access the course I’ve just purchased?
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with the details of how to login and access your course. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please contact us [email protected].
Why are all the prices in US Dollars?
The internet is a global place for everyone to access and learn new skills. The US Dollar is widely used and accepted around the world, so in order to make these courses and digital products available to as many people as possible, US dollars is the most accessible currency.
Your payment will be converted into your local currency by your credit or debit card provider.
Can I purchase access to every course?
Yes! We offer an annual membership package that will grant you access to every current course and product. As a member you will also get access to any new courses that are published in the future, for as long as you’re an active annual member.
Are the courses live or pre-recorded?
Most of the sessions are pre-recorded and available 24/7 so you can complete them in your own time and at your own pace.
We do occasionally host live training events that are always free of charge.

How do I contact the instructor?
Please email [email protected] or ask your question using the ‘discussion’ feature within the course player.
Are there payment plans available to split the cost of courses?
Courses over $100 can be paid for in 2, 3 or 6 monthly instalments. If this is available for your course of choice, you will be able to select this upon checkout. Your card will be automatically charged monthly until the course is paid for.
I bought a course that wasn’t right for me, can I have a refund?
Yes! All purchases are covered by our money back guarantee!
We want everyone to get as much value as possible, so if you’ve completed a course and found that it’s not right you, you can request a refund on this page within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Your purchase will be refunded using the original payment method and you will no longer be able to access any learning materials.

What language are the courses delivered in?
All the courses on Digital Rebel Academy are delivered in English by a native English speaker.
How Do I reset my password if I’ve forgotten it?
If you’ve forgotten your Digital Rebel Academy account password, you can click ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in page or reset your password here. You need access to the same email address you used to sign up with.
If you no longer have access to this email address, please let us know and we can update this for you.
